How does the 100-day home trial work?

What is your return policy?
All SaunaSpace-made products are eligible for 100-day returns as part of our home trial. Third-party products can be returned within 30 days. Refurbished products can’t be returned. Refer to our Shipping and Returns page for full details.
How do I return my item?
To return an item, email [email protected] with your order number and the name of the item(s) you’re returning. If the order is within the return period, we will send you a free shipping label. All international orders have to pay for return shipping
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, orders that are not eligible for free returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund amount.
