How far or near from my computer does the Glow need to be to help block blue light?Updated a month ago

The Glow is designed to effectively reduce blue light from screens up to 5-6 feet away. 

For optimal results, aim the Glow towards the space between the user and the screen. 

You can tilt the Glow at a 30-45 degree angle to ensure it’s not directly pointing at the user.
