How far or near from my computer does the Glow need to be to help block blue light?Updated 16 days ago

The Glow is designed to effectively reduce blue light from screens up to 5-6 feet away. 

For optimal results, aim the Glow towards the space between the user and the screen. 

You can tilt the Glow at a 30-45 degree angle to ensure it’s not directly pointing at the user.
