How to achieve target ambient air temperature in larger spaces?Updated 20 days ago
We consider larger spaces, any space that is bigger than 70 cubic feet (2 cubic meters).
1) Preheat by turning on the Hearth Infrared Sauna Panel and your saunas built in emitter(s). Do NOT place your Hearth directly in front of any other heat source.
2) When 100-120 °F (38-49 °C) is reached.
3) Turn off your sauna's existing emitters and have your session using only the Hearth.
4) Use the Hearth for full-body sweating, and only turn on the built-in emitters if you need to boost the ambient air temperature during the session.
