How to achieve target ambient air temperature in larger spaces?Updated 4 months ago
We consider larger spaces, any space that is bigger than 70 Cubic Feet in Volume.
1) Preheat by turning on the Hearth® Infrared Sauna Panel and your saunas built in emitter(s). Do NOT place your SaunaSpace panel directly in front of any other heat source.
2) When 100-120°F (38-49°C) is reached.
3) Turn off your sauna's existing emitters and have your session using only the Hearth® Infrared Sauna Panel.
4) Use the Hearth® Infrared Sauna Panel for full-body sweating, and only turn on the built-in emitters if you need to boost the ambient air temperature during the session.
