Sweat Loss: the average sauna session results in ~1 lb [1 pint] of sweat lost. You can measure your sweat response by weighing yourself on a digital scale before and after your sauna session, knowing that each pound of weight lost = 1 pint of water you sweat out.

Body Temperature Change: you can measure your core body temperature before and after your session using an oral or infrared thermometer. You want to see at least a 2-3°F increase.
