(If you own a FireLight&#xAE; Sauna, the grounding cord instructions use the same grounding sleeve.)WHY DO I NEED A GROUNDING SLEEVE?The sleeve has special grounding material in between the layers of canvas with special &apos;banana jacks&apos; &#xA0;to properly ground your FireLight&#xAE; Sauna&apos;s Grounding Mat and SilverLining&#x2122; layer to the Hearth&#xAE;.The material sewn into the sleeve ensures proper grounding at that connection point and protection of the green wire.PANEL ONLY SETUP1) Locate the grounding sleeve by removing the foam surround then unsnap your sleeve, make sure the green grounding cord is securely snapped to the stack inside!&#xA0;2) Couple the power cord together fully. &#xA0;You need to press firmly to ensure the cord is seated properly!3) Snap the sleeve around the power cord connection. It may seem tight, but it will fit!
