Is it possible to upgrade to a 7 Tungsten Bulb Panel set up?Updated 16 days ago

We do have an upgrade option with adding our New 3-bulb Tungsten if desired. This is only recommended for individuals who are completely healthy (NO underlying health conditions) and acclimated to heat. We strongly suggest speaking to a healthcare provider first.

Simply attach the 3- bulb Tungsten panel on top of the 4-bulb Tungsten panel and the temperature will reach around 150°F. There are no special adapters needed. Note that the wattage used will be 1,750w. If you have any questions about your electrical system, we suggest speaking to a certified electrician.

3- Bulb Tungsten Panel Dimensions: 23.75 in W x 15.5 in H x 9 in. Depth / 11 lbs

Keep in mind that as soon as the lights turn on you are receiving Light Therapy and you do heat internally from deep penetrating radiant heat. Your body builds up heat raising the internal temp 2-3 degrees, this is the hyperthermic experience. To achieve a proper sweat you need an enclosure where the ambient air temperature, at 100-120+°F (38-49+°C), can facilitate sweating.

Clearance: From the front of the lamp guards to the user is minimum 18 inches / max 30 inches (average 24 inches)

Time of day: Best to use the sauna first thing in the morning or just before bedtime. At these times one is most relaxed, and the more one relaxes into the parasympathetic nervous state, the more one will sweat and so promote safe, maximal detoxification.

Acclimation period: The first 3-4 weeks of ownership only use for 5-10 minutes at a frequency of every other or every second day (~3 days a week, If one is sensitive begin with 1-2 times per week)

After the acclimation period: Focus on increasing session duration first. Once you have a duration you like, increase the frequency per week. Max recommended duration is 10-20 min a session. Max recommended frequency is 2 times per day. Most users do 3 sessions per week, at most you can do a session daily.

Standard rotation: usage range above, user rotates a quarter turn every 2-3 minutes (sooner if your body says too)

Alternate rotation: usage range above, user rotates half turn every 5-10 minutes. Example- front faces the guards, back faces the guards
