Is there a restocking fee?Updated 4 months ago

No, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, orders that are not eligible for free returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund amount.

A return shipping fee will be applied for the return of your bulbs. You will not receive the shipping cost you originally paid in your refund. A refund is remitted for the price of the items purchased.

The return shipping cost is equivalent to the actual cost we pay to ship your order to SaunaSpace®. You may return the goods on your own via an insured, trackable carrier method, and we will refund the value of the items returned, as per our 100-Day Trial Policy Rules listed below or we will prepare and email you pre-paid FedEx return shipping labels. 

Note: if you choose SaunaSpace® to prepare labels, we will send you an invoice for the cost of return shipping; this must be paid before we can create your label.
