Our lead time is the time it takes to manufacture your items and is governed by current demand. Lead time can vary by product; please check the specific product page above the 'Add to Cart' button for up-to-date lead times.

We make all the wood and textile products by hand here at our headquarters. It is a delicate process to achieve our high standard of quality and for the value to our customers, we will not undermine this priority. Every member of our team is working to decrease this lead time, like you we want our products to ship out as fast as possible and are frustrated as well with this issue. 

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY TIME?

After manufacturing, your order ships from our dock. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you signed up for SMS service, you will receive text at this time as well. FedEx estimates 2-7 days for delivery in the US.  

You do see a few delivery shipping options in our cart and choosing a faster delivery option does not affect your place in our shipment queue; it simply means your packages will arrive sooner once shipped.

The free shipping option is the same service via FedEx Ground. Please choose 'free shipping' if it appears.
