Who can use an infrared sauna?Updated 2 years ago

SaunaSpace saunas are safe for almost everyone. As always, we recommend you talk to your doctor before using the sauna to make sure it’s right for you.

Children should not operate the sauna without proper adult supervision and approval of a healthcare provider. They should not be in the sauna longer than 1 minute per year of age (e.g. a 5-year-old’s session should not exceed five minutes).

Do not use the sauna during pregnancy.

If you have implants, medical devices, or take prescription medications, check with your doctor before use.
