If your order is in transit with the carrier, you should have an email or text with tracking information. Check with the carrier for the status of your order. Sometimes, it takes a day or two for initial tracking information to be available.

If you have not received tracking information yet, it means your order is still being processed. Refer to the product’s page on our site for current processing times. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing before contacting support.
