Why is my order being stopped by customs?
All international shipments are required to go through customs in their destination country. Your carrier will contact you to arrange payment for any outstanding value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, or fees. SaunaSpace does not currently collect these funds during checkout. After paying, your shipment will clear customs, allowing the carrier to make their delivery.
If you fail to pay the required funds in time, the carrier will ship your order back to SaunaSpace. If this happens, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items.
