At these times one is most relaxed, and the more one relaxes into the parasympathetic nervous state, the more one will sweat and so promote safe, maximal detoxification.&#xA0;ABOUT THE HEAD: Direct exposure to the head should be limited to 10 minutes per session. When the panel is adjusted as suggested direct exposure to the head is minimal. The best practice is to hang the head in front of the lights for 10 minutes a session. This is all the time, acclimation period or not!&#xA0;Acclimation period: The first 3-4 weeks of ownership only use for 20-30 minutes at a frequency of every other or every second day (~3 days a week, If one is sensitive begin with 1-2 times per week)After the acclimation period: Focus on increasing session duration first.
